• Only item that came out of the CMB discussion about tags/categories was orthogonal, Rick Durham expressed some concern about the escalation of widget questions into the CoP. We need to run the numbers on it, but it very likely is an issue because of horticulture's volume. The solution is make sure that the widgets are getting coverage, which we need to get the data on. One coding thing is just to stop category-based escalations for widget-sourced questions. We'll create a ticket and get that out the door.

• We need to improve question filtering, Ben will work on a design - but we should be able to use a tag filtering design to be able to build an incoming question filter (this would facilitate a filter by state for example, sourced from all widgets and from pubsite).

• Ben is going to show a warning to IE users trying to convert AaE's to FAQs. Jason will accommodate a post based solution that will live across the OpenID redirect.

• We've got to deal with Ask an expert do not reply replies - How do we go about dealing with these? No real solution yet.
  • Discussed automatically responding at the email level, but that would result in an answer that simply says to check their previous email for a link to ask their question.
  • How to go about parsing emails? Redmine seems to have some code for this, see what they're doing. There are also other libraries out there.
