CMS Hosting Update

• Drupal OpenID works against demo but not prod
• pilot users currently Ivelin and Henrietta
• need to discuss production server mgmt w/ team

Darmok JS

• jQuery v/s Prototype
  • jQuery wins but still need Proto for rails stuff currently
  • will deploy new home page w/ jQuery and Prototype

AaE Manual Assign

• trouble finding folks by location
• performance issues too - pulling tooltip data very inefficient
• Aaron will have new version to try on demo later this week that will hopefully address these two issues

QW Metrics

• have Handling rate now
• What about an Intervention rate?
• Beth - it would be cool to have a "success" rate. When a wrangler assigns it to someone who answers it quickly?
• Perhaps consider some copy that might encourage folks to answer?
• Need to be careful with metrics that might discourage wranglers.
