2009 eXtension National Conference

Costs
- For ALL reimbursements, the individual MUST attend the conference to be reimbursed by eXtension as outlined below.
- eXtension will pay travel expenses for UP TO FIVE CoP Leadership Team members of NEW CoPs not to exceed $5000 per CoP (announced since the June 2008 National CoP Conference).
- eXtension will pay travel expenses up to $1000 for all other CoPs to include the representative of the CoP to the Content Management Board. The CoP lead for each CoP will determine how this travel budget will be distributed.
- eXtension will reimburse the lead author/presenter of all accepted and presented abstracts for the 2009 eXtension National Conference up to $225.
- eXtension will reimburse the registration fee up to $225 for ONE member of each Institutional Team that attends this conference. If more than one member of an Institutional Team attends the conference, the Institutional Team Leader will decide who is reimbursed. (Any Institutional Team member that is lead author/ presenter will be reimbursed based on the qualification listed in the bullet above and another member of the team will be reimbursed under this bullet).
- eXtension will reimburse up to TEN (10) Registrations for POTENTIAL new Community of Practice leaders to attend this conference on a first come and approved basis. Please email Dr. Craig Wood, National eXtension Associate Director for Content for approval. The email should include your name, title, institution and potential content area for the proposed Community of Practice.
- ALL OTHER PARTICIPANTS - You will be responsible for registration fees, travel and hotel charges.
